Life Like This - Parents not to be...

Do you ever heard about irresponsible parents? I have been told a story about irresponsible parents by my supervisor in the company I have work for during my industrial training (4 months I was there). My Chinese supervisor told me about to respect our parents and parents-in-law no matter how there is. She told me about my boss (her husband) parents that never seem to be parents anymore. My boss was growing up without enough care of his parents. He went to work at the aged of 12. He worked as a gas deliver. For your information, about 20 years ago, gas supplier will use a boy to deliver gas to houses or restaurants. Just imagine that a 12th years old boy have to carry about 14kg of gas container here and there to get the money. I can accept this situation if he doesn’t have parents anymore. For his situation, he has parents but they didn’t do what parents should do. Moreover, his parent is just sitting at home and waits for their little child to give money for gambling.
I just hope that parents nowadays try their best to give love and care to their child because children need attention especially when they are young. Young children are in this world to learn how to live life. The first life lesson is taught by parents. There are many things for them to learn, but the starting point is the most important.
